School Profile

Johnston High School is a growing suburban school located northwest of Des Moines, Iowa. The community is proud of its school and parents are involved with their children’s education. The school offers a wide variety of AP courses as well as dual credit with Des Moines Area Community College. Starting in January 2013, Johnston High School students and staff will start using iPads in all classes. From English to biology, the tap-touch-swipe method of learning propels Johnston students to the forefront of 21st Century skills.
